You’re trained before your first shift
A two week induction, including advanced Maybo training, before you meet a participant. Nobody gets thrown in.
You’re properly supported
Monthly group supervision with a clinical psychologist. It’s there for you, not for a compliance file.
Your training stays current
Refreshers every two months, not something you did once in 2024.
You’re paid weekly
Monday to Sunday pay period, paid every week.
The Cape York rotation
Cairns based? Work a rotation into Cooktown.
We run support workers from Cairns into Cooktown, two weeks on and two weeks off.

What you’ll need
- A cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check before you start (not just an application in progress)
- A blue card, first aid certificate, driver licence and the right to work in Australia

Every role is an employed position. We don’t engage independent contractors or sole traders for support work.
