These terms cover use of this website. They are not the service agreement. Supports are delivered under a separate written service agreement between the participant and Vitalcore Support Services Pty Ltd.
Information on this site
Service standards published on this site are the standards we hold ourselves to. They are not a guarantee of a specific outcome for a specific participant, and they do not replace what is written in a service agreement.
Referrals and enquiries
Sending a referral or enquiry through this site does not create a support arrangement. Supports start once a service agreement is in place and a worker has been matched.
Pricing
Our prices for NDIS supports do not exceed the limits set in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits in force at the time. Transport for community access is charged at up to $0.99 per kilometre, with no provider travel charged on top. Cancellations are handled in line with the NDIS cancellation rules and the terms in your service agreement.
