Serving Self Managed & Plan Managed Participants
VitalCore currently works with self managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We operate in full accordance with the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards regardless of our registration status.
NDIS registration for Support Coordination and Module 2a (Behaviour Support with Restrictive Practices) is actively underway.
NDIS Code of Conduct
All VitalCore staff and contractors are bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct, including obligations around honesty, respect, privacy, safeguarding, and the prevention of harm.
This is non-negotiable and applies regardless of registration status.
How We Supervise Our Team
Every worker at VitalCore operates within a clinical supervision framework. That means regular case review, structured debrief, and oversight from senior practitioners with genuine specialist expertise, not just administrative sign off.
This isn't because compliance requires it. It's because it produces better outcomes for participants, and protects workers from isolation and burnout in complex roles.

When Something Goes Wrong
We have a formal incident management and complaints process. Every complaint is logged, investigated, and resolved, with a direct response to the person who raised it. No dismissing, no deflecting.

Speak directly with your coordinator, email our complaints address, or contact the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
You will never be made to feel difficult for speaking up.
