In Your Corner. For Real.
Your NDIS plan should be working for you. If it isn't, that's not your fault, it's a coordination problem. Our coordinators have deep neurodevelopmental expertise, lived experience, and the tenacity to actually navigate the system on your behalf.
We work with self managed and plan managed participants. NDIS registration for Support Coordination is currently underway.
How We Work
We start with a real conversation
No intake forms first. We talk, about you, your goals, what's not working right now, and what good support would actually look like.
We build your plan around you
We map your funding, identify the best providers for your specific profile, and set up a team that communicates.
We stay. Properly.
Ongoing coordination, we attend reviews, manage provider issues, and make sure the plan continues to reflect your life.
Specialist Support Coordination
For the most complex situations
If you have multiple diagnoses, a history of trauma, restrictive practices involvement, or plans that have never been properly implemented, Specialist Support Coordination is a higher tier of funding available in your NDIS plan.
Our SSC practitioners are experienced in holding together the most complex cases across multiple systems. If you're not sure whether you qualify, ask us, we'll check your plan with you.
Meet Our Coordinators
Our coordinators aren't generalists who picked up a disability qualification. They're specialists with genuine clinical depth and lived experience that shapes everything about how they advocate.
Hayley brings over a decade of disability sector experience alongside personal lived experience of complex trauma. That's not a talking point — it fundamentally shapes how she advocates for participants with complex trauma and neurodivergent profiles. She holds together the cases other coordinators quietly walk away from.
- Participants with trauma histories
- Psychosocial disabilities
- Complex NDIS plan navigation
- Rebuilding trust after difficult system experiences
Emily's background at the Queensland Centre of Excellence for Intellectual Disability and Autism gives her an institutional understanding of neurodevelopment that most coordinators simply don't have. She builds multidisciplinary teams that are cohesive, consistent, and genuinely communicate with each other.
- Autistic participants across all presentations
- Intellectual disability and co-occurring profiles
- AAC and complex communication needs
- Building multidisciplinary teams that actually work
Three coordinators before Hayley. None of them understood why I couldn't make phone calls, or why certain environments were impossible for me. Hayley got it immediately, and changed everything around it.
