We Built the Provider We Wished Existed.
VitalCore was founded by Anish Lal, an AuDHD entrepreneur who has been on the participant side of the NDIS and knows precisely what it feels like to be misunderstood, passed between providers, and handed strategies that were never built for how your brain works.
That experience became VitalCore. Not a business built on a framework someone read. A practice built outward from genuine understanding.
The People Behind VitalCore
A neurodivergent led team with genuine specialist expertise, not a generalist practice that picked up a disability qualification.
Hayley is the coordinator who takes the cases others quietly walk away from. With over a decade of sector experience and personal lived experience of complex trauma, she brings an unusual depth of understanding to complex trauma and psychosocial presentations. Her participants describe her as the first coordinator who genuinely gets it.
- Complex trauma histories
- Psychosocial disabilities
- Trust rebuilding
Emily's background at the Queensland Centre of Excellence for Intellectual Disability and Autism is the foundation of her clinical precision. She builds multidisciplinary teams that actually function together — where each provider understands the whole participant, not just their slice of the plan.
- Autism across all presentations
- Intellectual disability
- AAC and communication
- Team cohesion
Anish combines lived experience of Autism and ADHD with sharp business acumen and a genuine belief that the sector can do better. He leads the business, drives its external relationships, and is the first person you'll speak to.
Our Values
Dignity, Always
Every person we support is treated as capable, complex, and fully human. This is not an aspiration — it is a minimum standard we operate from.
Genuine Honesty
We do not overpromise. We will tell you what we can do, what we cannot, and who might be a better fit. Australian families deserve that.
Constant Improvement
Static practice is a disservice. We review, retrain, and reflect continuously. The field evolves — so does our practice.
Queensland Wide
VitalCore supports participants across Queensland — Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Cairns, and regional areas throughout the state.
For remote and rural participants, we combine in-person engagement with telehealth supported coordination where appropriate.
