NDIS services in Queensland: What we actually do

In-home supports, community access, behaviour support implementation and accommodation, across Queensland and into Cape York.

01

Daily Living and Personal Care

Personal care, showering and dressing, medication support, meals, household tasks and the routines that hold a week together.

In the person’s own home, at the hours that suit them rather than the hours that suit a roster.

02

Community Access

Getting out of the house and staying connected. Appointments, shopping, social groups, sport, study: whatever the person’s plan is actually for.

Transport is charged at up to $0.99 per kilometre, with no provider travel charged on top.

03

Behaviour Support Implementation

Trained workers delivering a behaviour support plan the way it was written, with the data to show it. We don’t write plans. We’re the reason they work.

04

Supported Independent Living and Medium Term Accommodation

When someone needs a place to live as well as people to support them, we can arrange both.

Tell us at referral if accommodation is part of what you need. We’ll tell you honestly what’s possible and how long it will take.

Support Coordination

For participants who need help pulling their plan, their providers and their goals together. Ask us whether it’s available for your situation.
